We are a custom products business specializing in apparel decoration. We supply a range of products including DTF transfers, embroidery badges/patches, PVC patches, laser-cut vinyl, and vinyl lettering. We serve everyone from crafters and designers to uniform suppliers and large businesses.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For many of our popular products, we offer no minimums to cater to crafters, designers, and small businesses. This allows you to order exactly what you need. However, some of our specialty products are produced in larger batches to ensure we can offer you the best possible price, and these may have a specific MOQ. Please check the product page for details on minimum quantities for items like bulk vinyl transfers for t-shirts or other specific items.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept common design formats like AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files. It's best to use vector files for crisp, clear results on products like laser-cut vinyl heat press logos.
Can you help with my design?
As product experts, our in-house design team specializes in converting your files and ideas into print-ready artwork for products like DTF transfers and embroidery badges. We'll review your artwork and send a proof for your approval before we proceed. Since we are not designers, if you need a custom design from scratch, we recommend working with a local graphic designer or using online tools like Canva.
What is the difference between a patch, a badge, and a transfer?
While the terms "patch" and "badge" are often used interchangeably, they refer to high-quality stitched or rubber emblems that are sewn or ironed on. A "transfer," like our DTF transfers or vinyl transfers, is a design printed on a special film or paper that is then applied to a garment using a heat press.
What are DTF transfers?
DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are a modern heat transfer method that produces vibrant, durable images on a variety of fabrics.
Can your transfers be applied to any material?
Our transfers work on a wide range of materials, including cotton, polyester, blends, and even faux leather, making them suitable for clothing, bags, headwear, and shoes.
How do I apply the heat transfers?
Each order comes with detailed application instructions, but the process generally involves a heat press to apply the transfer firmly to the material.
What are PVC patches?
PVC patches are made from durable, flexible rubber, making them ideal for outdoor and high-use items like safety gear or jackets.
